Here at The Green Rooms we are proud to offer our guests the option of a fantastic Hog Roast for their events.
Our locally sourced Hogs are not roasted on a spit but instead are roasted in a large bakers oven giving not only a great crackling but also all the juices from the meat are kept within the tray that the hog is cooked in and as such when carved into these juices gives not only a very juicy moist piece of pork but also an extremely tasty one too.
This is served with a superb Herb stuffing in a soft roll from local baker John Dwyer in Rugby.
Herb Stuffing,Apple sauce and other condiments will also be provided .
Our hogs will usually feed between 100 and 150 guests .
We are Now pleased to offer a Half Hog Roast suitable for upto 60/70 Guests!!
WE CAN ALSO PROVDE THESE HOG ROASTS ON AN OUTSIDE CATERING BASIS TO YOUR EVENTS AT OTHER VENUES .. PLEASE CALL FOR MORE DETAILS.
